The European School of Strasbourg received today Mrs Fanette CHARVIER, MP, rapporteur of the law on « the school of trust ». She is particularly in charge of working on article 6 of this law, creating the EPLEI (Local Public Establishments of International Education) of which the European School is a major example.
This morning of work allowed Mrs CHARVIER to discover our School, and to work with the management team on the details of the text of the law, in preparation for the regulatory part which should, through the decrees of application, allow an implementation of the legislative part most in line with the missions and needs of European and international schools.
A meeting with the teachers allowed Mrs CHARVIER to initiate a dialogue on the future of the EPLEI, their staff and their missions.
A working lunch with the Rectrice of Strasbourg concluded this morning entirely dedicated to the future of our school, but also of her « little sisters » of Manosque (already open), Courbevoie and Lille (open next September).
