On Wednesday 14th June, the English section participated in our annual British Sports Day.
Fortunately, the weather was kind to us, being sunny with a nice breeze. The children were all very excited and were keen for their team to win. The events were a relay, egg and spoon race, hurdles, sack jumping and a fun dress up relay where the children had to fit into a large shirt and tie, do up one button then run the lap before changing and handing to the next runner.
What a great day it was! The children showed a lot of kindness and helped the younger students to finish their event. It was great sportsmanship from all involved.
This year the cup was transferred to the yellow team. Congratulations to all children who participated in this fun end-of-year event.
